YAH has convenient ways to schedule appointments with us. The best way to schedule your appointment is through our app, which can be downloaded here. You can also call the clinic at 919-494-5511 or simply use our online appointment tool below.
Please note: next-day requests can only be made and fulfilled by calling the clinic directly at (919) 494-5511 during normal business hours. If this is an emergency outside of normal YAH operating business hours, please contact VHS at (919) 861-0109. All appointments requested online for the next business day will be contacted in the earliest availability for scheduling.

Appointment Policy: We prefer to see patients by appointment to allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures. Emergency cases will always be seen immediately, so an occasional appointment delay is inevitable. We strive to have a stress free appointment for all of our patients.
Appointments on Tuesdays from 2-4 pm are for cats only. This facilitates us to decrease cat’s stress during their exam. If you’d like, have a look at our “Stress Free” Cat Exams page for more information.
The last patient will be seen a half hour prior to closing. We offer drop off appointments for your convenience. Please call us or use the appointment form on our website to schedule your pet’s appointment.

Wednesday: 7:30AM – 12:00PM
Saturday: 8:00AM – 12:00PM
Closed the following holidays: New Years Day (Jan. 1), Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
Appointments will not be taken from Noon-1PM daily for lunch, however the clinic will be open.
Patient Arrival Policy: For your pet’s protection and the protection of other pets, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
Payment Policy: We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Debit cards. Our credit card merchant requires an original signature by the cardholder on all credit transactions. If your pet needs to be brought in by a friend or family member, please make sure that you have established a method of payment.
