“After a decade on Main Street, we’re moving a mile down the road to better accommodate our pet patients and their families with an ultra-modern new animal hospital for improved comfort and care,” said Dr. Miranda Jones-Bailey, Youngsville Animal Hospital owner/veterinarian.
“While we’ve expanded our footprint for our veterinarian team to accommodate more patients, what has not changed is our compassionate, pet-centered approach to care,” explained Dr. Jones-Bailey.
Established in Sept. 2015 on Main Street in Youngsville, the animal hospital has grown to include 42 parking spaces, separate waiting rooms for dogs and cats, eight exam rooms, two fully equipped surgical suites, indoor dog run for recovery, end-of-life comfort room, a dental treatment area, pharmacy and full diagnostic lab in its new location.
Plans for expansion include onsite, urgent care services; care for exotic animals like snakes, lizards, birds, and rabbits; and canine rehabilitation by Dr. Bailey, a certified canine rehabilitation practitioner.
